Things we would like to decide with the Clio-X team.

Direction

Which of the prototypes are worth continuing? See Prototypes. Each is small and on its own branch.
Is a trial outside Pontus-X welcome? The Sepolia trial lets people try Clio-X without membership. It is public since 26 September 2026 and uses test currency only. Pontus-X remains the production network. If the Clio-X team prefers otherwise, the trial can be closed or restricted.
Who should review the texts for archivists? The glossary (13 terms), the 20 answers and the video captions are drafts. They need a check by archivists, ideally in both English and Japanese.

Should member institutions be asked to publish through a name they control and to keep their node key?
Should Clio-X provide a way to move records between nodes?
Can the custodian of a record on Clio-X be the institution itself, rather than the node it happened to use?
Should descriptions be published unsealed, so that the catalogue survives a closed node?

Who may run analyses? Ocean Node offers three official ways: an address list (used on the trial now), an on-chain access list shared by several nodes, or a policy server checking credentials (the Pontus-X model). An on-chain list for participating institutions looks like a good fit.

InterPARES Trust AI has “definition not yet developed” for wallet, transaction and smart contract. Could the project contribute definitions?
The Japanese names of the ISAD(G) elements in the finding-aid prototype are our own rendering. They should be checked against the published Japanese translation.
